    5oz. salmon steaks
  • 1 ½
    cups water
  • ¾
    tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5
    tsp salt
  • Black pepper (to taste)

Step 1 - Add couscous

Add couscous in a medium deep dish. Add water and salt. Stir and spread couscous in even layer.

Step 2 - Cover the couscous

Cut the lemon into slices and arrange in a deep microwave-safe dish. Top with garlic and add salmon.

Step 4 - Brush the salmon

Brush the salmon with olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Step 5 - Grab your Duo Cover

Cover the salmon with Duo Cover and cook according to the directions below.

Step 6 - Serve

To serve remove the salmon from the microwave. Carefully remove the Duo cover.

Step 7 - Grab a spatula

Using a spatula, lift the salmon and transfer on a plate. Top with extra lemon slices and fresh rosemary. Serve couscous on side.

Guidelines & Tips

Instead of fresh garlic, you can use garlic powder.

If you want to enhance the flavor of lemon and pepper, use lemon pepper seasoning.

To enhance the flavor of the couscous, you can substitute water with vegetable broth.
