Returns

We love our products and hope you do too. If for some reason you aren't happy, we accept refunds within 30 days of your purchase for a full product refund. We cannot, however, cover the cost of return shipping if your purchase exceeded $25. Simply send us an email at team@twopillars.eco with your order number and we’ll take it from there. 

Refunds (If applicable)

Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.
