Now that we have our eco-friendly tools at the ready, let's dive into some air fryer recipes!

1: Air Fryer Chicken Wings

Toss chicken wings in a mixture of flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Place the wings in the air fryer basket and cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through. For a crispy finish, brush with your favorite sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

2: Air Fryer Falafel

Blend chickpeas, onion, garlic, cilantro, parsley, cumin, and salt in a food processor until smooth. Form the mixture into small balls and place them in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Serve with pita bread and tahini sauce.

3: Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

Toss Brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place them in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes. For an extra kick, add red pepper flakes or balsamic glaze.

4: Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries

Cut sweet potatoes into thin strips and toss in cornstarch, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Place them in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes. Serve with a side of ketchup or aioli.

These recipes are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to air fryer cooking. Experiment with different seasonings, ingredients, and cooking times to find your perfect meal.
